[cabfpub] Updated Ballot 190 v4 dated June 30, 2017

Thanks to Paul's sharp eye, the wording of the first sentence of the Note at the end of each of the ten vetting methods (except Method 8) now reads as follows in the attached Ballot 190 v4 (6-30-2017):



"Note: Once the FQDN has been validated using this method, the CA MAY also issue Certificates for other FQDNs that have more labels than the validated FQDN and end in the validated FQDN."



Ballot 190 v4 (6-30-2017) is now the official Ballot 190 under consideration by the Forum.
