Yes, although as discussed on the CABF teleconference this morning, the best course of action may be not to vote at all on Ballot 182 so it dies for lack of a quorum.  That is what Entrust plans to do – not vote on Ballot 182.

In that way, the Patent Advisory Group we are creating to analyze the Exclusion Notices we received during the review period for Ballot 182 can provide recommendations to the Forum as to possible changes to the ballot, which can be incorporated in a later, new ballot.
