Hi Kirk,
As per the last call, could you clarify who requested #9? Or, if the goal is to read through each Ballot, what the desired discussion topic is? For example, are you looking for someone to summarize the discussion on the mailing list for the phone call, or is there something else desired?
I'm just curious how we can make the best use of peoples' time on these calls, since they're very expensive calls. Understanding the goals and how best to streamline them will certainly help everyone.
