    We did have this discussion at the face-to-face, and I'm fairly sure you
    were present, as it was with the whole room. It's somewhat frustrating
    that this is not yet reflected in the minutes. 

I’m afraid that this is my fault, as I volunteered to take notes for that session, and then failed to upload my minutes. I will finish those up post-haste and upload them in order to provide some more context to the discussion. Apologies for the dereliction of duties!
