[cabfpub] TorServiceDescriptor extension and .onion certs

Bonjour,

Is it clear for everybody that Appendix F of EVG doesn’t impose the presence of a TorServiceDescriptor extension for .onion certificates?
I thought this extension was mandatory, didn’t find it in some recent certificates, and reading the EVG shows that this extension is defined but neither imposed nor recommended.
