[cabfpub] Password fields served over HTTP

Hi,

Lovely to see you all this week :-) Someone asked during the Mozilla
Browser News for our telemetry on the percentage of forms encountered
with a password field which were served over HTTP. Those numbers are here:

My figures were off; it's fallen from 30% to 22% over the course of this
