I feel this deserves calling out on it's own - I do not believe this is not
an accurate representation of the F2F. It may have been that you simply
didn't understand the discussion at the time, which had suggestions both
that the procedure was wrong and discussed alternatives, which Gerv has
helpfully summarized. Was it possible this was recorded?

If anything, this highlights the continued importance and significance of
accurate records of the Forum's discussions, so that such statements - and
any related confusion - can be resolved.
