Hi Ryan/Andrew,

I'm wondering if you could provide an update regarding blocking of SHA-1 certificates.

This article, https://security.googleblog.com/2015/12/an-update-on-sha-1-certificates-in.html, says "we are considering moving it (blocking SHA-1 certificates) earlier to July 1, 2016." Has this been decided or is the date 1 January 2017?
