In section 2.2 of the bylaws, (e) says "the calculation of item 6”.  However there is no item 6.  I’m guessing that should be “item (f)”.  I’m also not clear in item (g) whether “participated” includes votes not considered as per (e).  Has there ever been a ballot which only passed quorum due to abstentions? Or is abstention not counted as “participation”?

We do however ask the applicant this question, after they have submitted their application. It would be helpful to have this in the bylaws so we don’t have to go back and ask every time.

Add under 2.1(b) 

(7) The URL of at least one third party website that is using includes a certificate from issued by the Applicant CA which can be examined by Forum members in the certificate chain.
