Amazon has uploaded ours to the Interested Party section.  So there is now one.

 

According to https://cabforum.org/2016/02/04/ballot-157-adopt-version-1-2-of-the-intellectual-property-rights-policy/, members have 30 days “from" Feb 15 to sign & remit.  Given that Feb had 29 days, it looks like the deadline is either Wednesday or Thursday depending on how you count.  Given there is a call on Thursday, I would suggest that 30 days be counted as Feb 16 to March 17.  Members who have not submitted by end of day will be “suspended” — which I guess means having their posting privileges and voting rights suspended, right?

A handful of people have commented that they need another week or so to get the agreements back from their legal departments. I think a 10 day grace period is reasonable before having to take specific actions. However, there are still 25 outstanding IPR agreements missing including Apple, Google and Microsoft and no Interested Party IPRs have been received yet. Are that many still awaiting legal signature or have they just not uploaded them yet?

 

Ben-I can’t recall if the date was arbitrarily set or was set by ballot. Do you know?

If you haven’t uploaded your signed IPR agreement yet, please do so by tomorrow. Organizations that have not signed the new IPR can have their forum membership revoked. We will give an update on Thursday’s call.
