I'm sure this must be frustrating for those in the Policy Group who have
worked on this ballot. Therefore, I do think we need to figure out some
way to come to an agreement on the general scope of the BRs before more
work is done, to avoid this outcome in future. Dean: as chair, do you
have suggestions for the best way to have that discussion?
