[cabfpub] Ballot 173 - Removal of requirement to cease use of private key due to incorrect certificate info

Apple votes YES.

From reading the motion, a CA or CPS which requires subscribers to stop using the private key in the event of a content change to the certificate is still allowed, but no longer required. So the discussion about effective date is moot, all CAs will be in compliance immediately if they were in compliance before.
