As requested, attached is the today´s ETSI presentation and the eIDAS regulation. Will try to upload to the wiki as well.

 

Regarding the eIDAS regulation, the articles related to qualified website authentication are in section 8, and are article 45 and annex IV. And for the international aspects go to article 14.

And for example article 19, reflects things that affect to qualified and non qualified TSP
