Below, please find a Notice for the IPR Review period for this amendment to
the Baseline Requirements for the Issuance and Management of SSL
Certificates.  

The review period for this Maintenance Guideline will close on Thursday,
September 15.

 

Notice of IPR Review Period for Amendment to Baseline Requirements per
Ballot 169

Pursuant to Section 4.1 of the CA/Browser Forum's IPR Policy, this is notice
of the commencement of a 30-day IPR maintenance-guideline review period by
which certain provisions of the IPR will become applicable to these recent
changes made to the Baseline Requirements by Ballot 169.

Ballot 169 added certain definitions and amended language concerning the
domain validation processes set forth in Section 3.2.2.4 of the Baseline
Requirements.

During this IPR review period you are to review these amendments and
consider any licensing obligations with respect to any Essential Claims that
may be encompassed by such amendment.

The IPR review period for these changes shall end on Thursday, 15 September
2016.
