Currently section 2.1 of the Bylaws states that a CA must have a current and successful WebTrust for CAs audit, or ETSI 102042 or ETSI 101456 audit report prepared by a properly-qualified auditor.  Shouldn't we amend the  bylaws to state, "or an ETSI TS 102 042, ETSI TS 101 456, or ETSI EN 319 411 audit report"?
