[cabfpub] Senate Passes CISA

Here is some news from the Security Information Sharing WG.  The U.S. Senate
recently passed the Cybersecurity Information Sharing Act.  Here is an
article that purports to provide a quick guide.

I think this is a good development for information sharing of security
threat information by and among CAs.  The Information Sharing group will be
moving forward with this as a backdrop.
