Yes, this was an unfortunate oversight. Our apologies.

It did come up at one point, where someone complained that we had turned
the DV lock green in our development builds, and I said that it wasn't a
change I was particularly keen on, but that Chrome had gone there before
we had. But it wasn't mentioned in the formal update, no.
