[cabfpub] Microsoft Root Update Scheduled for November 23rd

The next root update, which was scheduled for November 17th, has been moved to November 23rd to give the team more time to work through issues with some of the partner test URLs.

The next update package contains several new roots and multiple changes to add functionality to existing roots. This package also contains several root removals, but these are all removals that partners requested and there are no involuntary removals in this package.

Once we deploy the November update, we will begin to develop the January release, which we've tentatively scheduled for January 17, 2016.
