This list is completely crap, at least what StartCom/StartSSL concerns. 
Either it's one of the three administrative email addresses such as 
hostmaster, postmaster or webmaster OR the email address is clearly 
stated in the WHOIS records of the domain name.

Maybe they forgot to consider that last part regarding the WHOIS records.
