Actually as a relying part I very much appreciate to know with whom I'm 
dealing. With a real company or with a self-proprietor? Both can be 
fine, but knowing is preferred.

Of course it's not as convenient for some subscribers, but the 
certificates are seldom meant for convenience, but as a tool for the 
relying parties.
