[cabfpub] Additional Agenda Item for Thursday call - US Government Move to HTTPS Only

You may all have seen this report, but President Obama has ordered federal government websites to move entirely to https only:

https://https.cio.gov/

Others have urged https only as a best practice.  If we have time on this week's call, I'd like to have a discussion on the implications (if any) for CAs and for browsers arising from this trend.   Is there anything the Forum can or should do to encourage this?
