Ben,
I got through the document without problems. I see two nits:
"For a Certificate issued to a Domain Name with .onion in the right-most label of the Domain Name, the CA SHALL confirm that, as of the date the Certificate was issued, the Applicant's control over the .onion Domain Name in accordance with Appendix F." That's not grammatically correct. Maybe say "the Applicant has control"?
Appendix F: Number 1 isn't properly indented.

Subject: [cabfpub] Version 1.5.3 redlined with Ballot 144 Changes
All,
Attached please find a Word version of the EV Guidelines redlined with changes from Ballot 144.
Previous versions of the EV Guidelines in Word would cause some people's computers to crash while they were editing the EV Guidelines.
Could a few of your take a look at this document and confirm that it is stable?
Hopefully this version has eliminated that problem.
Thanks,
Ben
