It would be nice, but historically at least, the problem with this is that CAB
Forum doesn't have membership fees or a budget. So we all pay for our own
travel to events, take it in turns to host, and IT resources are kindly
donated by some of the members. Unless a member is also able to kindly donate
funds or a person's time for this, then we would need to move to a membership
dues model to pay for it.
