I'm talking about a Secretariat who can do the tracking and updating tasks
according to certain instructions. It would be good to have.

Your hard work on this over many years is much appreciated, even if it hasn't
always been appropriately acknowledged. But I can understand if you feel that
you'd like to step down from doing that. Is that what you are saying?
