On Gerv's last point, I certainly wouldn't need 10 minutes to talk about the vice chair position.  Maybe candidates just email it to the management list.

Do the candidates feel that 10 minutes is the right length? It would be a pretty comprehensive stump speech to be 10 minutes long...
