Well, I may have argued on occasion from a position which assumes that
this is true, in order to make a point, but unless CAs are _required_
both to check CAA and take different action based on its contents, I see
no reason why there would be an anticompetitive effect. Even if those
things were required, I suspect that in practice there would be little
anticompetitive effect.
