Planning for Mountain View and Eilat

Discuss travel arrangements. Also, Rick suggests we start planning for
discussions at Mountain View face-to-face. For instance, we may need to set
aside time to discuss SSL certificate profiles, Qualified Certificates, and
the Scope of the BRs. During the latest post from Ryan S. he says he would
like it IF any QC can be used for SSL, then it MUST adhere to the BRs but
that the current language is too ambiguous. Inigo has expressed concern
about keeping the BRs and ETSI rules aligned, and we should discuss browser
coordination with European CAs, CABF coordination with ETSI, and greater
coordination on certificate profiles.
