Below, please find Notices for the IPR Review period for these amendments to the Baseline Requirements and the EV Guidelines for SSL Certificates.
The review periods for these Maintenance Guidelines will close on Monday, September 8.
Notice of IPR Review Period for Amendment to Baseline Requirements per Ballot 129
Pursuant to Section 4.1 of the CA/Browser Forum's IPR Policy, this is notice of the commencement of a 30-day IPR maintenance-guideline review period by which certain provisions of the IPR will become applicable to these recent changes made to the Baseline Requirements by Ballot 129.
Ballot 129 amended language concerning the processing of the Public Suffix List in Section 11.1.3 of the Baseline Requirements.
During this IPR review period you are to review these amendments and consider any licensing obligations with respect to any Essential Claims that may be encompassed by such amendment.
The IPR review period for these changes shall end on Monday, 8 September 2014.

Notice of IPR Review Period for Amendments Made to the EV Guidelines by Ballots 126 and 127
Pursuant to Section 4.1 of the CA/Browser Forum's IPR Policy, this is notice of the commencement of a 30-day IPR maintenance-guideline review period by which certain provisions of the IPR will become applicable to these recent changes made to the EV Guidelines by Ballots 126 and 127.
Ballot 126 revised the requirements for verification of Operational Existence found in Section 11.5 of the EV Guidelines.
Ballot 127 revised section 11.7.2 of the EV Guidelines concerning the methods of verifying Name, Title and Agency of applicant representatives.
During this IPR review period you are to review these amendments and consider any licensing obligations with respect to any Essential Claims that may be encompassed by such amendments.
The IPR review period for these changes shall end on Monday, 8 September 2014.
