Good morning,

 

Reviewing the EV code signing certs in version 1.1 I´ve found something that I don´t understand clearly so need your help. 

 

In section 9.2.2 it says that this field SHOULD NOT be included in the EV code signing objects and in 9.7 (B) it says that the certificate MUST include a SubjectAltName:permanentIdentifier which must contain ....

 

Is this a contradiction? How should I interpretate it?
