Subject: [cabfpub] Update to Ballot 89 - Adopt Guidelines for the Processing of EV SSL Certificates v.2

CABF,

I've taken the feedback I received from our last face-to-face meeting in Mountain View and updated the Guidelines for the Processing of EV SSL Certificates document. I keep track of the feedback and actions on the wiki at https://www.cabforum.org/wiki/89%20-%20Adopt%20Guidelines%20for%20the%20Processing%20of%20EV%20SSL%20Certificates%20v.2

I've attached both doc and pdf versions. Please read over the changes and let me know if there are any comments. For the most part, I've tried to leave out detailed guidelines on revocation, caching, key size checking, etc. The document provides fewer guidelines for app developers, but I hope there's also less to object to.

-Rick
