All,

On February 22nd, Ballot 98 passed 18 to 1 and amended the CAB Forum Bylaws
by making the following information public:  "Messages formally proposing a
Forum ballot (including ballots to establish, modify, or terminate Working
Groups), individual votes, vote and quorum counts, and messages announcing
ballot outcomes and voting breakdowns."
