In case it's useful, here's how to use SIP to connect to CAB Forum
conferences:

1) Get SIP software for your OS (I use "Linphone" for Linux)
2) Get a SIP account from a provider, e.g. www.sipgate.co.uk
3) Enter account credential sinto the software
4) Enter "sip:bridge at turbobridge.com" in the dialling box
5) Enter conference code
6) Happiness :-)
