It is and a fairly cheap one at that. However there are intermediate CAs 
in use currently which still have some time until expiration, I'd prefer 
not to have to change those. If using the same keys, it also wouldn't 
matter really.

If a requirement for new intermediate CA certs would be set, I'd favor 
that and we intend to implement exactly that in the future.
