[cabfpub] Servers with TLS Stapling enabled

Hi,

As mentioned as the revocation workshop, here are the numbers on SSL/TLS  
servers that have enabled TLS Stapling, as detected by my TLS prober  
scanner earlier this week.

The numbers are per product, the "total" column is number of detected  
servers with that kind of server, the percentage is for the match of that  
line.
