Hi,

At the revocation WG meeting in New York I was asked to provide  
information about TLS stapling support, as measured by the TLS Prober. I  
am adding info about Renego patching, too

As a baseline, Early January the numbers were:

Renego Patched: 63.94%
Of unpatched, vulnerable: 58.6% (21.14%)

Support stapling: 5.24%
IIS: 88%
No ID: 9.4%

Renego Patched: 72.74%
Of unpatched, vulnerable: 57.2% (15.6%)

Support stapling: 6.77%
IIS: 87%
No ID: 9.7%
Apache: 55 servers (0.14%)

Renego Patched: 73.48%
Of unpatched, vulnerable: 56.9% (15.1%)

Support stapling: 7.17%
IIS: 85%
No ID: 9.4%
Couldflare-nginx: 2.7% (98.3% of sampled server of this kind)
Apache: 64 servers (0.16%)
