I'm not really used to this kind of tallying, but if it were the case, I 
believe you'd have to tally up those that voted for only one option too. 
Otherwise one option receives multiple vote counts from one party which 
in my opinion doesn't make any sense to me.

Or alternatively one vote counts only. But it must be equal.
