[cabfpub] Ballot 92 - CA Votes please

Dear all.

It seems that the browsers (with the exception of Opera) have all voted "No"
so far, however, it would be interesting for all CAs to clearly highlight
their position so we can capture the final numbers for this vote by the
close of the 29th. 

Of course the Browsers all still have the opportunity to change their votes
if support from the remaining CAs is highly in favour of the ballot, so I
urge you all to vote as soon as possible to allow the browsers room to think
again.
