We do not think the output of the CAB Forum is of sufficient volume, or 
the number of members sufficiently large, that there is any need for 
segmentation from an IPR perspective. CAB Forum membership comes with 
benefits and obligations; one obligation is to help in the task of 
keeping IPR encumbrance far from all of our standards.
