[cabfpub] new tool for detecting confusable strings

Casaba security has just released a tool for identifying confusable strings in IDN and IRIs.

I don't think this is something, as a commercial product from a single vendor, that's appropriate to mandate, but it is definitely a product I hope the CA members of this forum would investigate and consider using to protect high value domains or those known to be the target of attack.
