[cabfpub] Ballot 89 - Issues in 'Adopt Guidelines...EV SSL Certificates' document

I've collected together all the unresolved feedback I've received on the "GUIDELINES for the PROCESSING of
EXTENDED VALIDATION SSL CERTIFICATES" document version 2.0. There was a lot of discussion and many comments; I've tried to accurately capture everything that is still outstanding. Please let me know if I've missed something.

I'm not sure how to address all of these issues; perhaps we can discuss a process at our next phone conference.
