What about etsi? There's a Letter of Intent signed and currently active, is this enough?

WebTrust has not currently signed the IPR agreement, but I've heard from Bryan that he will do so shortly.  Is one IPR agreement from WebTrust sufficient to allow participation from employees of KPMG, Deloitte, E&Y, and Protiviti?
