Ben,

Can we squeeze in 5 or 10 minutes to discuss Ballot 84?  Eddy has proposed a
possible alternate solution, and I'd like to briefly discuss and explore our
options on the call and come to a decision on whether or not to suspend this
ballot before it goes into the voting period.
