Symantec votes YES.

While some members have pointed out that there are various areas in need of 
clarification in the document, Symantec believes the cooperative work effort 
that went into drafting this document since October 2011 should be implemented 
as soon as possible to help improve CA security. Clarifications can be made 
via Errata over the course of the coming year.
