just for the record: T-Systems would also be interested in this particular rule/possibility (I've recognized it in the amended version of the IPR, which is currently worked on).
Seems SwissSign is in a similar position like T-Systems is ;-)

The IPR doesn't permit individual members to exclude affiliates.  That's one of the proposed revisions which haven't been adopted yet.  Section 8.3a of the IPR permits the "CAB Forum Board of Directions" to grant exclusions in its discretion.  However, we don't have a Board of Directions, which makes this provision impossible to apply.
