[cabfpub] Auditors and the IPR Agreement

Bryan will post a formal response tomorrow  but the WebTrust IPR will only cover the members of the WebTrust TF as they speak for WebTrust  - Bryan will provide names – Protiviti Is not on the TF.

WebTrust has not currently signed the IPR agreement, but I've heard from Bryan that he will do so shortly.  Is one IPR agreement from WebTrust sufficient to allow participation from employees of KPMG, Deloitte, E&Y, and Protiviti?
