[cabfcert_policy] Re-scheduling regular meeting

Dimitris,

      I have heard the proposal about changing meeting date and time of Certificate Policy Meeting in last regular-bi-weekly  CA/B Forum management teleconference. I agree with the proposal. 

      Only that I can't join this week's Certificate Policy Reviewing meeting because I am in Australia a place with few light pollicaiotn that I can't connect to Internet to take astropohtography. I will join   the CP reviewing by-weekly meeting  two weeks later again. Thanks.
