Just an FYI in case you want to start booking a hotel, the closest hotels
are the Marriott Metro Center, Hilton Garden Inn Downtown, Embassy Suites
Washington, and Courtyard Washington Convention Center. There are plenty of
others nearby or 1-2 metro stops away.

I've locked down that date for the meeting in DC.

Office is at 700 13th Street NW, 11th floor, Washington, DC. (13th + G
Street NW). The Metro Center subway stop is across the street
(Red/Blue/Orange) lines. There are a bunch of hotels in Washington for all
budgets. Given that the office is right on the subway line, it's easy to get
there from almost anywhere in the city. What time should we plan to start? 9
or 9:30? We can all go out for lunch or we can have some sandwiches brought
in.

Dean,

It looks like Wednesday, September 9, works best for everyone.

On today's call we resolved to have a face-to-face meeting of this Working
Group in September at Symantec's offices in Washington, DC. Here are a few
possible meeting dates that we need you to vote on if you plan to attend.
