Here for review and comment is suggested language for Section 5.1.7:

 

Prior to the disposal of paper, storage media, or equipment with storage
media containing private key material or other sensitive information, the CA
or Delegated Third Party SHALL sanitize such storage media or destroy that
sensitive information to ensure that the sensitive information is
unrecoverable.
