[cabfcert_policy] Meeting Cancelled

I'm in Taipei this week, and I'm thinking that today's call should be cancelled, unless anyone feels it imperative that we hold it.  Maybe everyone can use this return of time to review what I've sent?  If not, we can walk through the EV Guidelines, but they're still very messy with remnants of the BRs, etc.
