[cabfcert_policy] New CP Review Document

All,

Attached please find a newly revised version of the CABF CP document
restricted to sections 5 and 6 of the RFC 3647 and based on the current CABF
guideline documents (highlighted in pink) along with proposed language from
the NIST IR 7924 document (highlighted in grey).  I believe the attached
document is more closely in line with the charter of the group and covers
what we have discussed previously.  Let's continue our discussion of this at
1500 UTC on this Thursday's call.
